Returns & Exchanges:
At Mystery Vision GmbH, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not pleased with your order, we are here to help.
Return Period:
You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return your purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Approval: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address.

Shipping Your Return: Pack the item securely and send it back to us at the provided address. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
Refunds:
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Exchanges:
If you need to exchange an item for the same item in a different size or color, follow the return process and then place a new order for the item you prefer.
Non-returnable Items:
pre-order products are final and non-returnable.
Restocking Fee:
We do not charge a restocking fee on returned items.
